Born in London, Freddie moved to Lanzarote with her sister Gemma and the rest of her family in 1986. Freddie has always been a busy person dividing her time between businesses and raising her six children, all of whom are really sporty! When the opportunity arose to work alongside her sister, it seemed ideal!
